Mountain Trout Streams: The upper reaches of the mountain trout streams along the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive are providing great surface action to the trout feeding on the natural light cahill and gray fox mayflies. Effective fly patterns are the Murray's Professor Dry size 16, Murray's Yellow Drake size 16 and Light Cahill Dry size 16. These three flies are all fished in 6X.
