Smallmouth Bass Streams Fly Fishing Report - September 23, 2021

Here we go again...over 2+ inches of rain overnight.  On my way to work this morning I looked at the North Fork of the Shenandoah River in Edinburg and all is high and muddy.  The picture above is of Big Stoney Creek that runs into the North Fork of the Shenandoah just north of town.  As you can see all of these feeder streams that are high and muddy will be flowing into the river throughout the next day or so.  The South Fork of the Shenandoah is also high and muddy as well with alot of extra water coming from upstream of Luray.  If the conditions change by the weekend...I will post an update.
