Update - August 2nd, 2018: The local stocked trout streams such as Big Stoney Creek, Mill Creek, and Passage Creek are all high and muddy from recent heavy rains.
Original Post - July 30th, 2018:The cool water of the springs are attracting the trout in streams such as Big Stoney and lower Big Wilson and they feed well on the shrimp and cress bugs here.
Effective flies are Shenk's Cress Bug size 14 & 16 and Murray's Shrimp size 14 & 16 fished from right below the springs on downstream for the next 100 feet.
