Update for April 8, 2022-- The local stocked trout streams are still high and discolored. If we do not receive any more rain in the next day or two, the streams should be fishable by Sunday 4/10.
Posted 4/6/22--The local stocked trout streams such as Big Stoney Creek and Passage Creek are currently discolored from the heavy rains received overnight. The discolored water will move out quickly and these streams will be fishable by the weekend. In this type water I would recommend using a Tungsten Marauder (in black or pearl) size 10.
Mill Creek in Mount Jackson was just recently stocked this week.
